Bloggers Block??!

When people in India are complaining about their blogs being blocked, I am sitting here in the United States having a bloggers block. I guess it has to do with the stress of moving and trying to get things to work in the new apartment. I still have a whole room to figure out and the living room to get set. I am also trying hard to make the apartment look decent and being an architect I don't want it to look hodge-podge like it did in my last apartment...but I still read other blogs during my lunch time as I did before.

One sad thing is that my apartment is very close to work and I can go home for lunch everyday. But if I do that then I will miss out on writing/reading blogs which are predominantly done during lunch hours...I have to figure a way to work things around my new schedule which I am not sure I am getting adjusted to yet.

I like my new apartment complex but it has too much greenery around that it breeds insects all over the place. Thankgod there is none inside my apartment itself. I am scared to leave the apartment alone in the evenings after dark for fear of being attacked by one of the crickets or secada bugs that infest the area. And I am afraid of insects so much that I cannot describe...

But for this the apartment is cool and sexy looking...I really love the interiors. I will try and get some pics once I have the place completely set up to my satisfaction...

Did you read this blog? Do you see how randomly organized it is? That is how badly I am being affected by the bloggers block!

Anu,
I had this strange curiosity to look into your geocities homepage and indeed had a good time visiting that . Managed to put these comments there on the guest book. I see that only three lines of the whole thing I put came and so I am putting it down for you what I tried there.

Nice Homepage - a well crafted 'home' by an Architect on the web!
1. I always have had this doubt on the diff b/w CV and a resume. I now understand that CV is an elaborated version of resume with focus on academics (Is that right?)
2. Good to see that you've presented a paper on Muslim women other than Architecture in your Grad School (Guess it cud hv been for an elective subject).
3. Btw, in particular, I liked your 'More on me'. The way itself u started was very impressive and the conversational style in writing definitely gives life to it. More than a monologue, it makes us involved too. In fact, got answers to my questions then and there by your conversational-cum-casual way of narrating ur life-stage wise as like the destinations on a long train journey!

Time you architected your blog as well! ;) Just kidding! I like what you write because it is always from the heart and never contrived. May I add you to my list of 'friends' in the blog?

The tag should help you get out of the bloggers block. :)
